Claritza      Age– 9

This is Claritsa she lives in La Nueva Esperanza, Honduras. Being abandoned by her mother, she is being cared for by her elderly grandmother who sews aprons and such to sell for a meager sum. Claritsa suffers from an enlarged kidney, she is currently on medication and awaiting tests which will determine if she has to have surgery. She and her grandmother are very grateful for the help they are receiving. Through loving and caring people  Childhaven is able to provide for their needs.
